According to us, this house had everything we wished for in a house or any home buyer would wish for. Everything comes with a price and this house cost us big bucks, but was worth it.
This house was listed on the market on 7/13/2012 12:05:00 AM and probably we were the first to look at the listing because we were constantly refreshing REDFIN website at midnight hoping to find a nice home.
When we first saw this listing we fell in love at the first sight and my wife kept thinking about it all night and talked about our chances of getting the house. It was 3:00 AM midnight and I was getting tired convincing her and said "Honey don't worry I will get this house for you" and we eagerly waited for the sun to rise so we could talk to our agent and get some good tips to win this bid (We had lost 3 bids before, so it was important for us to make our next best offer)
